Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns that are postmarked within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please use the contact us page and include your order #, item #, and reason for return. We will get back to you with your return authorization number within 0-2 business days. Shipping fees for returns are paid by the customer, and must be returned with a tracking number using any carrier.

Returns are accepted for items that are in their original condition and packaging, unused and intact. Returned products must be received in the same new condition as delivered. Please package returns well to preserve the condition during the mailing process. We are not responsible for items not packaged properly that are damaged or lost in transit.

In the event returned items are received damaged, not in their original packaging, beads are broken from their original cord, or products are missing quantity, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund, in an amount equal to 50% of the original purchase price. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Once inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Unfortunately, original shipping paid is non-refundable. Refunds are issued within 0-2 business days of receipt; however refunds may take up to 7 days to post to your account.

Due to the nature of our business, some items are steeply discounted and or non-resaleable, therefore are non-refundable/non-returnable.

NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-RETURNABLE:

Clearance sales are final.

Bags and Kits sales are final.

Wire, Chain, Cord, Chain and Thread sales are final.
