Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns that are postmarked within 10 days of receipt. Shipping fees for returns are paid by the customer, and must be returned with a tracking number, using any carrier.

To initiate a return, please use the contact us page and include your order number and reason for return. We will get back to you with your return authorization number within 0-2 business days. 

Returns are accepted for items that are in their original condition and packaging, unused and intact. Returned products must be received in the same new condition as delivered. Please package returns well to preserve the condition during the mailing process. We are not responsible for items not packaged properly that are damaged in transit.

In the event returned jewelry is received damaged due to packaging issues or has been tampered with, or beads/findings are received broken from their original cord, not in their original packaging, or missing quantity, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund, in an amount equal to 50% of the original purchase price. We cannot refund original shipping paid.

Once inspected and approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Unfortunately we cannot refund original shipping paid. We issue refunds within 0-2 business days of receipt, however refunds may take up to 7 days to process.

Due to the nature of our business, some items are not-resaleable, therefore non-returnable.


Clearance sales are final.

Bags and Kits sales are final.

Wire, Cord, Chain & Thread sales are final.
