Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns that are postmarked within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please use the contact us page and include your order #, item #, and reason for return. We will get back to you with your return authorization number within 0-2 business days. Return shipping fees are paid by customer, and must be returned with a tracking number using any carrier.
Returns are accepted for items that are in their original condition and packaging, unused and intact. Returned products must be received in the same new condition as delivered. Please package returns well to preserve the condition during the mailing process. We are not responsible for items not packaged properly that are damaged or lost in transit.
In the event returned items are received damaged, not in their original packaging, beads are broken from their original strand, or are missing quantity, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund, in an amount equal to 50% of the original purchase price.
Once inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Unfortunately, shipping paid with original order is non refundable and reward discounts will be adjusted and deducted from refund.
Refunds are issued within 0-2 business days of receipt of return; however refunds may take up to 7 days to post to your account by your credit company.
Due to the nature of our business, some items are steeply discounted or non-resale-able, therefore are non-refundable and final sale.
